With our founder, Janna Hallinan DipWSET you will look at England’s wine history, explore the elements required for growing the best grapes, and venture into the vines to see theory applied in practice.
You’ll gain knowledge of the principal important grape varieties of England, and the styles of wine they produce.
Through a combination of tasting and theory, you’ll explore the factors that impact style and quality and learn why England has a growing international reputation for creating award winning sparkling wines and a burgeoning still wine scene.
